Course Bookings

Booking our training days is easy: you can book online or by returning the application form by post.  In the interest of the environment we would prefer to reply, confirm bookings by e-mail.

Ways to pay

 Either by cheque to GP Forum or online bank transfer (bank details available on request).  We are soon to be introducing online card payments.

By booking a place on our website you are agreeing to our "terms and conditions" as outlined.

Certificates of attendance for your appraisal portfolio are available to collect on the day of the meeting.  For lost certificates, copies can be obtained on request.

A Personal Development Plan summary form will be given out on the day for your learning portfolio.

GP Forum Assessment Forms  will be given out at our meetings - please return these on the day - we value your feedback to help us in the planning of our future meetings.

Any handouts provided by our Speakers will be available to download after the meeting.  All materials and presentations on our courses are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

Every effort is made to choose venues with ample free car parking, if this is not the case  we will advise our delegates beforehand.  We cannot accept responsibility for car park fees or fines incurred.

Children at the Venue - Health and Safety Regulations mean that children and babies are not permitted at any of our meetings. 

Where there is a fee - our courses are VAT inclusive at the prevailing rate.

The majority of our events are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, thus helping us keep the cost of our courses as low as possible, in the main these are now free to attend.  Your interest in the medical exhibition at lunch and break times would, therefore, be greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need to be made in writing / e-mail.

For paying meetings - For cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the course - a refund will be given minus a cancellation / admin charge.  For cancellations received after this time - no refunds will be made.

GP Forum cannot refund any travel expenses or other incurred expenses under any circumstances.

If GP Forum has to cancel a course, due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund of any course fees paid will be made or a transfer will be offered to a new date.  We are not responsible under any circumstances for travel or any other incurred expenses.

For non-fee paying meetings  - we will advise of the cancellation, where, possible, on our website and try to re-arrange the meeting date.  GP Forum cannot refund any travel expenses or any other incurred expenses under any circumstances.

Adverse / Severe Weather Conditions

Should GP Forum staff and speakers manage to attend and the meeting is run as planned, no refunds will be available.

On the day of the meeting should weather conditions make it impossible to go ahead with the meeting for health and safety reasons then where possible we will notify all delegates through our website.  Every effort will be made to re-schedule the meeting and a transfer offered, if this is not possible a full refund, of the course fee only, will be made.

Data Protection

By supplying your details and using our website, you are giving us permission to send mailings of our future meetings to you and also any course material supplied on the day of the meeting.  You can unsubscribe at any time by e-mailing us: info@gpforum.com.  The e-mail address you provide will be added to our database for future mailings of GP Forum study days.
